Meet Our Founder, Nada
I’m a Master Coach (MCC), and my journey is a mix of determination, learning, and transformation. I’ve worn many hats, but one thing has remained constant—my passion for coaching.
Life wasn’t always a smooth ride.
Despite being a top student, I chose a different path at 18, embracing a new culture and starting a family. It was a leap into the unknown, filled with challenges.
But challenges are where I found my drive for self-improvement.
I delved into business and earned an M.A., with my thesis focused on passing on family businesses without sacrificing one’s quality of life. Even then, my coaching instincts were at play.
Then, when eyesight problems surfaced, coaching found me. I pursued coaching certifications and in 2006, I founded PragmaDoms. Today, I firmly believe in the transformational power of coaching. That belief led me to introduce ICF certification to Lebanon and the Middle East. My journey has been fueled by grit and faith.
Now, as part of our community, you’ll find that same determination and support to help you on your journey. Together, we’re on a mission to change lives and make a meaningful impact.
